Fixingvarious appointments following up with task given to others byChairman arranging variousthings.

Notravel expected as part of your job outside ofDubai.

Duties&Responsibilities:

Actas the point of contact between the Chairman and others for variousissues

Preparingcommunications on behalf ofChairman

Taking notes andwriting minutes duringmeetings

Plan and arrangetravel including flights accommodation and ground transportationfor Chairman andfamily

Knowledge ofvisit visa process of othercountries

Handle propertyand villa maintenance of the Chairman including directing staff forarrangements

Screen anddirect phone calls and distributecorrespondence

Handle requestsand queriesappropriately

Manage calendarand schedule meetings andappointments

Manage chairmans office in everyway

Produce reportspresentations andbriefs


Requirements:

Minimum 5 yearsproven work experience as a Personal Assistant to high net worthindividual inDubai

Knowledge ofoffice management systems andprocedures

MSOffice and Englishproficiency

Outstandingorganisational and time managementskills

Uptodate withlatest office gadgets andapplications

Ability tomultitask and prioritize dailyworkload

Excellent verbaland written communicationsskills

Discretion andconfidentiality
