- TalentAttraction : Source, screen, and identify topcandidates based on hiring manager requirements to supportAECOM's diverse hiringneeds.
- Candidate Evaluation: Conduct phone interviews to assess experience,suitability for roles, and setup interviews with hiringmanagers.
- Emiratisation Support: Play a key role in achieving AECOM'sEmiratisation targets by identifying and recruiting UAE Nationalswho align with ourvision.
- University Engagement: Represent AECOM at university career fairs topromote our brand and attract high-potential talent from UAEinstitutions.
- Offer Management: Manage the job offer and negotiation process,ensuring a positive candidate experiencethroughout.
- Talent PipelineDevelopment : Gain exposure to external talentpartnerships through LinkedIn, Dubai Govt HR, The Jusoor Program,NAFIS, and universitypartnerships.

Qualifications
- Education:Recent graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in HumanResources, Business Administration, Marketing orsimilar
- A minimum GPA of 2.8 or a 2:1 (orequivalent) and above.
- A strong desire tolearn, grow, and contribute to AECOM's Emiratisationefforts through our Fursa Program.
1. Recruitment andHiringKnowledge
- JobPosting and Advertising: Assisting in creating andposting job ads on various platforms, such as job boards, socialmedia, and company websites. Understanding the target audience forspecific roles to ensure effective adplacement.
- CandidateSourcing: Helping identify potential candidatesthrough resume databases, LinkedIn, job fairs, and other channels.Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for current and futurehiring needs.
- ScreeningResumes: Reviewing and screening resumes,applications, and candidate profiles to identify qualifiedcandidates. Ensuring that the screening criteria are aligned withjob requirements and companypolicies.
- InterviewCoordination: Scheduling and organizing interviewsbetween candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth andefficient interview process. Communicating with candidates toconfirm dates, times, and interviewformats.
- Reference and BackgroundChecks: Assisting with or conducting referencechecks and background screenings to verify candidates'qualifications, experience, and suitability for therole.
2. CommunicationSkills
- EffectiveCommunication: Clear and professional communicationwith candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. This includesscheduling interviews, providing updates, and answering inquiriesregarding the hiringprocess.
- CandidateEngagement: Building positive relationships withcandidates by providing timely and informative updates about theirstatus in the hiring process. Keeping candidates engaged andexcited about theopportunity.
- TeamCollaboration: Collaborating with HR, recruiters,and other departments to ensure alignment in recruitment strategiesand hiring decisions.
3.AdministrativeSupport
- Schedulingand Organizing: Managing interview schedules,coordinating meetings, and sending reminders. Ensuring all partiesare aligned and well-prepared forinterviews.
- DocumentManagement: Maintaining organized records ofapplicants, job postings, and interview notes. Ensuring that alldocumentation is up-to-date and compliant with relevantregulations.
- OnboardingAssistance: Assisting with new hire onboardingprocesses by preparing and distributing necessary documentation,arranging orientation, and facilitating communication between thenew hire and the relevant teams.
4.Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Proficiency
- ATSManagement: Using an applicant tracking system tomanage candidate pipelines, track applications, and streamline thehiring process. This includes inputting candidate information,tracking their status, and generatingreports.
- Data Entry andReporting: Updating the system with accurate data,generating reports on recruitment metrics, and providing regularstatus updates to HR managers and hiringteams.
- Maintaining DataIntegrity: Ensuring that candidate information iscorrectly entered and maintained in the ATS, adhering toconfidentiality guidelines.
5.Interview and CandidateEvaluation
- InterviewPreparation: Ensuring that hiring managers have allrelevant materials before interviews, including resumes, jobdescriptions, and interviewguides.
- CandidateAssessment: Assisting hiring managers in evaluatingcandidates based on interview performance, experience, andqualifications. Helping with the creation and use of standardizedinterview questions and evaluationforms.
6. TimeManagement andMultitasking
- ManagingMultiple Tasks: Coordinating multiple recruitmentprocesses simultaneously, including scheduling interviews, liaisingwith candidates, and providing administrative support to the hiringteam.
- Prioritization:Managing competing deadlines and tasks in a fast-paced environment,ensuring that recruitment activities are completed in a timelymanner and according to companypriorities.
7.Marketing and EmployerBranding
- PromotingEmployer Brand: Assisting with marketing campaignsto enhance the company's employer brand and attract toptalent. This may involve creating job descriptions that highlightcompany culture, benefits, andopportunities.
- Social MediaRecruiting: Utilizing social media platforms (e.g.,LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) to promote job openings and engagepotential candidates.
- EmployeeReferral Programs: Helping to manage or promoteemployee referral programs, encouraging current employees to referqualified candidates for openroles.
8. CandidateExperience
- PositiveCandidate Experience: Ensuring that all candidateshave a positive experience throughout the recruitment process, fromapplication to interview and offerstage.
- Feedback andCommunication: Providing timely feedback tocandidates after interviews and maintaining transparentcommunication with applicants throughout the hiringprocess.
