    • Manage readiness &Acquisition Plans of Service Agreements for PP5 & 84projects, plant modification projects & future growthprojects by fostering good collaboration with asset owners, goodunderstanding of PESTLE changes and its effect on the outsourcedservices
      • Identify,evaluate and plan acquisition of services against any CAPEXinvestments that are crucial to ensure asset integrity, HSEcompliance and are strategically best fit to meet functional& organizational strategicobjectives

Pre-AwardSupport

    • Manage thepre-qualification, technical evaluation and technicalclarifications during bidding in coordination with the relevant enduser
    • Manage and coordinate with Head OfficeProcurement Department on issuance of new contract requests,variations, extension of time, etc., in accordance with prevailingcorporate policies &procedure

Budgeting& Cost Control

    • Coordinate andmanage the estimation for new contracts budget taking intoconsideration lessons learnt, future requirements, and actualexpenditure of the previous contract

    • Manage theaccuracy, adequacy, and integrity of the contracts technicalrelated documents (i.e. SoW, BOQs, specifications,etc)
    • Manage Contracts database, correspondence,MOM, Site Instructions, invoices. monthly reports,Contractor's KPI achievement reports, etc, during postaward cycle
    • Manage the review of Contract andprovide feedback to ensure alignment of appropriate clauseprovisions are included in the general, special, and pricingconditions of the Standard ContractForms
    • Manage regular audit ofcontractor's camp and site facilities, HSE record &other documentation in coordination with HSE DepartmentRepresentative(s)
    • Manage all related activitiesconcerning Contract close out and ensure contract closing is incompliance with the prevailingprocedures
