About the Role

The Senior Contract Engineer will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of contract strategies to achieve project objectives. This includes managing contracts from initiation to close-out, collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying and mitigating risks, developing and maintaining accurate cost estimates, and preparing and presenting complex contract-related information to stakeholders.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 18 years of diverse experience in project management, contracts, and procurement, with at least 5 years' experience in planning engineering and at least 10 years of experience in contracts in the Oil, Gas, or Petrochemical industry.
  • Expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and administration.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop informed recommendations.
