Operational/Leadership Front Office Intern Responsibilities:
  • Gain invaluable experience across various Front Office areas such as Telephones, Front Desk, Concierge, Reservations, and Guest Relations.
  • Familiarize yourself with the Hotel's Property Management System.
  • Master reservations procedures and room-related information.
  • Assist in pre-registration, room assignments, and meeting guest requests.
  • Provide personalized service and handle guest inquiries and issues effectively.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping on room statuses and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Promote hotel activities to guests for enhanced customer engagement.
  • Manage customer invoices accurately and handle payments efficiently.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of safety procedures and accident prevention policies.
Requirements:
  • Passion for teamwork and personal development.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to foster long-term relationships.
  • Proficient in computer operations.
  • Approach work with analytical thinking.
  • Background in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
  • Available for a Six to Twelve months' internship commitment.
