We require a
Construction Manager who has good experience with Luxury Residential Projects.
Experience of Civil & Interior Fit outs (Both)

Education, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelors in Civil Engineering
  • A detailed understanding of project planning and control techniques.
  • The ability to produce a detailed project plan, including a work breakdown structure (WBS), dependencies, resources and costs.
  • Knowledge of resource planning techniques.
  • Sound people management skills, with an emphasis on performance management.
  • A detailed understanding of the financial planning process
  • The ability to produce accurate and uptodate financial forecasts throughout the project.
  • The ability to define appropriate quality targets and standards.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance and control techniques to ensure that quality targets and standards are met.
  • An awareness of the importance of change management in projects.
  • Knowledge of effective change management processes and procedures.
  • Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Languages:
English and Hindi

Experience: 8+ years of experience (Recent 3 Years as a Construction Manager)
