Petrofac Emirates is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction resources allocated for the project, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Fully accountable for the budget of construction resources allocated for the project.
  • Construction Planning: Works to a 6-month look-ahead schedule and supports construction contractors by removing constraints, assisting in the development of their construction schedule, agreeing to a construction sequence, and confirming that contractors have the necessary materials, engineering deliverables, tools, and resources for successful execution.
  • Site Management: Follows up on mobilization, site staffing, heavy lift sequencing, fabrication scope, laydown requirements, equipment and fabricated items delivery sequencing, equipment and tool requirements, demobilization, etc.
  • Subcontractor Management: Verifies the subcontractor's execution plan at an early stage and approves it only if it aligns with Petrofac deliverables (documents and materials).
  • Performance Monitoring: Challenges subcontractors for a more efficient execution plan in line with schedule, safety, and quality requirements.
  • Project Reviews: Participates in project model reviews and constructability reviews, providing necessary inputs.
  • Documentation: Conducts kickoff meetings with subcontractors, reviews, and approves all subcontractor documentation.
  • Progress Reporting: Prepares 90-day and 3-week look-ahead plans and implements work in agreed sequence.
  • Performance Evaluation: Generates regular progress reports for review by project management and monitors subcontractor performance, contributing to project evaluation and close-out reports.
