We are looking for a meticulous Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing essential support to our team members.

Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be instrumental in maintaining efficient administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and arranging facilities.

Assist with document preparation, formatting, and proofreading to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.

Support HR-related activities, such as maintaining employee records, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding processes.

Assist with financial tasks, including processing invoices, expense reports, and petty cash transactions.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Provide general administrative support to all departments as required.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Accounts works should manage.
Salary will be discussed with you in an interview with your qualification and experience.

Pay:
From AED3,000.00 per month
