We are a company specialized in interior fit out work looking to hire a store keeper who is responsible for performing following duties:

  • Assisting senior accountant.
  • Accounting data entry
  • Record all inward and outward transaction related to stock items.
  • Receive materials from supplier and compare it to delivery note
  • Responsible for the issuance of materials and supplies to all departments in the organization
  • Check and Verify actual quantity with delivery notes.
  • Responsible for stock control
  • Responsible for the preparation of requisitions for supplies and materials
  • Take physical balance of the inventory periodically
  • Keep documentation of materials and supplies issued & received
  • Update the daily inventory in the system.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Tally software
