  • Knowledge of relevant HR laws and rules.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to run and manage the HR department on a daytoday basis.
  • Update and keep track of employee records.
  • Handle
    paperwork for new hires, firings, transfers, etc.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and timekeeping.
  • Manage the employee performance review process.
  • Help with recruitment activities like job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement strategies for employee retention and engagement.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and external HR vendors.
  • Stay uptodate on HR trends, industry regulations, and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and advice to management and other staff on HR matters.
  • Organize and facilitate training programs and workshops.
  • Conduct exit interviews whenever necessary.
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Requirement:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, hr assistant or office admin assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
