Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from patients and healthcare providers promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information regarding medical services, appointment scheduling, and general inquiries.
  • Assess the urgency of calls and escalate to appropriate medical personnel or emergency services when necessary.
  • Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and update information in the database.
  • Follow established protocols and guidelines for patient interactions and confidentiality.
  • Provide empathetic and compassionate support to patients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless communication and patient care.
  • Conduct outbound calls for appointment reminders, followups, and surveys to enhance patient experience.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive medical information.
  • Adhere to compliance regulations and quality standards in all interactions and processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a medical call center or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Empathy, patience, and active listening skills to provide exceptional patient support.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and electronic medical records (EMR) software.
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:
AED AED200.00 per month

Experience:
