HR Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Processing internal arrangements such as travel, training sessions, and teambuilding events.
  • Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation (e.g. sick leave, maternity leave, etc.).
  • Communicating with recruiters and other external parties.
  • Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries.
  • Setting up interviews and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner.
  • Have an extensive knowledge and experience in the visa/insurance processing guidelines in UAE.
  • Uptodate with the latest laws approved and for execution

Requirements:

  • College degree in human resources, management or similar.
  • Minimum 2 years UAE experience in Human Resources Department.
  • A Multitasker who is willing to assist and learn the scope of other colleague's work.
  • Reliably able to extend hours to finish given task in a day.
  • Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of labor laws and practices.
  • The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
  • Must be approachable and helpful.
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Should be a better role leader.
  • Good ethical judgment.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)
