Duties:

  • Manage all aspects of spa operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to all spa guests
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Train and supervise spa staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source highquality products and equipment
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve spa offerings
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
  • Perform administrative tasks such as payroll processing, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records

Experience:

  • Fresha knowledge
  • Inventory and fillings
  • Tax invoices and suppliers expenses
  • Proven experience in spa management or a similar role
  • Strong sales management skills with a track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Excellent team management abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
  • Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service principles
  • Ability to supervise employees effectively while maintaining a positive work environment
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to make decisions confidently
  • Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping and payroll processing

Salary:
From AED4,000.00 per month
