Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 12 years of experience in the extended workforce, vendor management, or procurement industry. Experience in devising and implementing strategies and business improvements. Experience in a vendor management/service delivery leader role, managing operations across multiple suppliers and geographies in the technology space. Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in vendor management, including driving vendor strategy, process improvement, sales support of key goals and metrics tracking, managing multiple global vendors in agreements and execution of extended workforce projects.
