Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervising daily housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure that the facility is always wellkept.
  • Supervising and managing other staff members
  • Organizing and liaising with outside contractors
  • Training other staff members
  • Organizing and overseeing maintenance of the property
  • Ensuring the property is always secure, clean
  • Organizing family and household events
  • Greeting and caring for guests and visitors
  • Serving drinks and food
  • Housekeeping duties
  • Coordinate with all household staff
  • Taking responsibility for the household inventory. Also ensuring that supplies are always replenished
  • Perform any other tasks, within reason, required by the employer
  • Household managers take on the work of managing every detail of the home, from upkeep and maintenance to daytoday task lists.
  • They will oversee other household staff members, housekeepers, helper, chef, drivers, security guard.
  • They make sure everything is taken care of form daily task like grocery, to household chores.
  • Their goal is to make life easier for the family.

Requirements:
