We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Female Estate Manager to oversee the smooth operation and maintenance of a high-end household. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Household Operations
    • Manage the daily operations of the household, including scheduling and supervising staff members such as housekeepers, cooks, and gardeners.
    • Coordinate and oversee household maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Financial Management
    • Plan and execute household budgets, ensuring expenses are within budgetary constraints.
    • Procure household supplies, groceries, and other necessities as required.
  • Event Planning
    • Coordinate household events and gatherings, including guest accommodations and entertainment.
  • Inventory Management
    • Maintain inventories of household assets, valuables, and collectibles.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Handle correspondence, bill payments, and other administrative tasks as needed.
    • Ensure the security and safety of the household and its occupants.
  • Personal Assistance
    • Provide personal assistance to the household members as required, such as scheduling appointments and arranging travel.
Requirements
  • Prior UAE/GCC experience in a similar role managing a high-end household or estate.
  • UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff, guests, and vendors.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including email, word processing, and spreadsheets.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality regarding household matters.
  • Female candidates only.
