  • Coordinate with customs officials and regulatory agencies to facilitate the clearance of cargo in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and submit customs declarations, invoices, and other required documentation for customs clearance purposes.
  • Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to coordinate cargo movements and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and certificates are obtained for the import/export of goods.
  • Operate company vehicles to transport cargo between facilities or to/from customs offices as needed.
  • Work closely with the operations team to optimize cargo handling processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of all cargo transactions, including receipts, invoices, and customs documentation.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and operational protocols.
  • Willingness to work late hours when necessary to accommodate business needs and ensure timely clearance of cargo.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customs documentation and customs clearance procedures in the UAE.
  • Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent understanding of UAE customs regulations and procedures.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customs officials, clients, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to adapt to changing business requirements.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month
