Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service to residents and guests, anticipating their needs and preferences.
- Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their accommodations, providing assistance with luggage and belongings.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of guests stays, including dining reservations, transportation arrangements, and leisure activities.
- Assist with meal service, including table setting, serving, and clearing, ensuring a high level of attention to detail and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all guest areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Perform various household duties, such as laundry, ironing, and light cleaning, to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
- Coordinate with other household staff to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guests inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently, demonstrating professionalism and discretion at all times.
- Manage inventory of household supplies and groceries, replenishing as needed and ensuring proper storage and organization.
- Arrange and oversee maintenance and repair services as required, liaising with external vendors and contractors.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding guests personal information and preferences.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols to ensure a safe and secure environment for residents and guests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Butler or in a similar role in a luxury hospitality setting is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and courteously with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Knowledge of formal table setting and service etiquette.
- Flexibility to work long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be discreet, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record preferred.
