Job Summary

The Art and Graphic Design Manager is a key member of our marketing team, responsible for creating and executing property-level communications to our customers. This role promotes on-brand messaging to customers through traditional, digital, and social media channels, with the goal of enhancing the hotel's image. The successful candidate will help build direct marketing plans, targeted campaigns, and activated channels to drive consumer awareness and preference, increasing market share and building broader portfolio and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans to budget in consultation with the General Manager, Food and Beverage leader, Operations leaders, and Director of Marketing and Communications.
  • Partner with Operations, Food & Beverage, and Sales teams to execute promotions and campaigns to target in-house guests with promotions that drive incremental revenue to the hotel.
  • Act as the liaison between the marketing department and advertising agency on tactical advertising campaigns, creative, and media plans, particularly for food and beverage promotions.
  • Manage F&B media schedules and verify prompt settlement of accounts.
  • Partner with property Revenue Management to verify correct offer loading, verifying advertisement targeting is correctly directed at relevant consumer groups.
  • Execute email marketing and display advertising.
  • Maintain frequent active engagement with Cluster eCommerce manager to verify alignment, pull-through, and 2-way communication about the status, performance evaluation, opportunities, and issues related to online programs and initiatives.
  • Verify all advertising for the hotel in digital channels is in alignment with brand voice.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Graphic Design. Degree in Marketing or any certificate of other related field is a plus (Animation, Premier video editing, Photoshop, etc).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as Graphic Designer in 5-Star Hotel or in any following industries: media, advertising, design, marketing, communications, corporations.
