Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base in the events industry.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients, including event planners, corporate clients, wedding planners, and other stakeholders in the events sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions to meet their furniture rental requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, presentations, and sales collateral to support sales efforts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our furniture rental offerings and highlight the benefits to potential clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and pricing to secure agreements.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery, setup, and pickup of rental furniture for events, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' offerings, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our brand and establish connections within the events community.
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts using CRM software, providing regular updates to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales roles within the furniture rental industry, with a focus on event rentals.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships in the events sector.
  • Strong understanding of the events industry, including knowledge of event planning processes, venues, and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and secure longterm partnerships with clients.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed, attending events and meetings with clients.

Salary:
AED5, AED6,000.00 per month
