Personal Assistant/secretary

Responsibilities:
Serve as the customer interface between the manager and internal/external clients.
Appropriately Respond to Inquiries and Requests
Create and keep the office filing system up to date.
Managing CRM and keeping an eye on other real estate listing websites.
Obtain a trakheesi permit, submit the necessary documents for each property.
Make reports, presentations, and
Keeping an eye on the inventory for Renewals, Sales, and Rentals.
Maintain Excel spreadsheets and submit reports to the Manager.
Contacting Landlords, Verifying availability, and Schedule viewings
Write, Edit, and Draft Letters, Addendums, and Real Estate Contracts.
Responding to Inquiries and Assisting clients
Gather, Organize and Finalize Documents for Office records.
Manages Social Media Marketing
Edits Property Photos on Social Media channel
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Equivalent Experience
Strong Interpersonal, Customer service and communication skills
Ability to Multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Strong marketing research abilities
Provides Extensive Office and Operational Support
Completely Up-to-ate on all related online property advertisement (Bayut, Property finder, Dubizzle, etc)
Uphold RERA rules and regulations (Full knowledge of Trakheesi)
Good understanding with all real estate-related forms (Forms A, B, and I, etc.)
Office management
Business communications
Working under time constraints
Organizational skills
Has prior experience with Brokerpad and MyCRM (CRM Preference)
Salary:
AED3, AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al Barsha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
