Responsibilities:

Greet visitors warmly and make them feel welcome.

Answer incoming calls, direct calls to the appropriate person or department, and take messages when necessary.

Manage schedules, schedule appointments, meetings, and other events for staff members.

Receive and distribute mail and packages, as well as process outgoing mail and shipments.

Maintain records and databases related to visitors, appointments, and other administrative tasks.

Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.

Ensure the front office area is clean and well-maintained.

Monitor security cameras, restrict unauthorized access, and ensure that all visitors follow security protocols.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or above.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage
