We are looking for a
Blockchain Tech Lead (Spark Coins) to work with
our new internal blockchain product.**As a Blockchain Tech Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of tasks related to the creation of our own cryptocurrency.

This includes creating a roadmap, selecting the appropriate blockchain technology, and leading the planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of the cryptocurrency project.


You will:

  • Lead the endtoend implementation of tasks to create our own cryptocurrency, ensuring adherence to project timelines and goals.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for the cryptocurrency project, incorporating necessary milestones and deliverables.
  • Evaluate and select the most suitable blockchain technology for the cryptocurrency, considering factors such as scalability, security, and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and designers, to define project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Plan, design, and architect the cryptocurrency system, ensuring scalability, security, and usability.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of smart contracts, token creation, and other blockchainrelated functionalities.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and audits of the cryptocurrency project to identify areas for improvement, scalability, and optimization.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest developments in blockchain technology, industry trends, and regulatory requirements, and propose innovative solutions to enhance the cryptocurrency project.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Collaborate with external partners, blockchain communities, and experts to leverage their knowledge and resources to advance the cryptocurrency project.
  • Has successful
    experience with blockchain products** (gaming, dating, gambling industry or social networks is desired);
  • Proven experience as a Blockchain Developer or in a similar role, with a focus on implementing blockchain solutions and cryptocurrency projects;
  • Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, consensus algorithms, smart contracts, and cryptography;
  • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in blockchain development, such as Solidity, JavaScript, or Go;
  • Extensive knowledge of different blockchain platforms and technologies, such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Corda;
  • Experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and highperformance blockchain solutions;
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges;
  • Strong project management abilities, including experience in creating and managing roadmaps, coordinating tasks, and ensuring timely delivery;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and external partners;
  • Selfmotivated and proactive, with a passion for blockchain technology and its potential impact on various industries;
  • English is upper intermediate level or above.
