Position Description:
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Middle East & Africa is a complex business region that is comprised of 3 sales offices and a manufacturing site with 200 employees from 30 nationalities across the Foodservice, Consumer and Ingredients channels.
Our mission in MEA is simple one, we want to make a meaningful contribution to the Co-Op's overall LTA by driving new businesses across our key markets in the region, ensuring we get the best value out of each drop of milk.
ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for an Integrated Planning Manager to lead supply planning and demand planning process for Middle East & Africa.
New Zealand, Saudi New Zealand (Dammam) Plant and all Third party manufacturers in order to ensure availability of products to fulfil the market demand with a high customer service and optimum inventory level, whilst championing the demand cycle in the designated categories, by facilitating open forums within the IBP cycle that fosters collaboration and agreement in order to deliver business expectations.
Role Accountabilities:
- Own and further optimize the Fonterra IBP process in close cooperation with the MEA cross functional team and our local Manufacturing partners
- Lead the demand planning process by generating a best in class rolling 24 months+ forecast
- Take complete ownership of supply planning, while effectively managing the allocation and management of finished goods and material inventory
- Provide an uninterrupted supply of raw materials and packaging to the manufacturing process, while adhering to Fonterra Group compliance policies
- Ensure new and innovative ways to streamline and simplify operations to reduce cost and improve customer service are continually investigated
- Work closely with key stakeholders, globally and crossfunctionally, to identify, evaluate and implement opportunities for optimisation
- Create a highperformance team culture and an environment for performance that is inclusive, connects people across different cultures, teams, and builds capability for now and future success.
ABOUT YOU
You would possess the following:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain and or Business or Engineering, Supply Chain Certification (APICS) qualification with course work preferred
- Minimum 10 years' Supply Planning and Demand Planning experience within the FMCG / Manufacturing industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people at all levels of the organisation
