Project Manager

The Project Manager is a multi-skilled manager able to coordinate cross-team project activities and manage features development in the team. PM works in close cooperation with development teams, company top managers, integration teams, and publishing structure outside and inside Farcana if it's necessary to assure delivery.

What will you do?

Own management processes, practices, and quality standards for the teams, projects Managing resource allocation, team development, and optimization, planning, people performance, and satisfaction Manage the plan, schedule, and execute projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the product Empower development teams to take accountability for delivery, risk, and issue management and assist by removing blockers Collaborate & build strong relationships with all stakeholders, and integration teams to ensure their needs and expectations are met, the delivery plans are clear Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest gamedev quality standards Communicating project status updates to management Managing project risks and issues Facilitate critical incident management and technical roadmaps Maintain reports, records, and documentation to reflect department activities Improving communication and interaction processes, adapting pipelines from the point of view of lean project management

What are we looking for?

Ability to dive deep into complex issues of the project delivery Previous experience managing remote multi-location teams Excellent leadership and communication skills Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Russian and English (B2+) Previous experience in a similar position for 3+ years Experience of work in matrix management system will be a plus As an advantage experience in development of shooters (FPS/TPS) Demonstrated relevant experience in the project management domain, including managing timelines, resources, and deliverables Familiarity with Web3 concepts and technologies, though extensive experience is not necessary. A willingness to learn and adapt in this area is important Experience in managing outsourced projects Technical Background will be a plus Experience as a developer or a similar technical background Understanding of development processes and ability to collaborate effectively with development teams
