  • Leading, monitoring, motivating and inspiring the team; providing guidance andsupport.
  • Handling telephone enquiries, recording messages from incoming calls andtransferring calls
  • Recording and keeping clear and accurate records of all queries, complaints, lostproperty and repairs and ensuring the information is delegated to, and resolved by, therelevant department.
Experience Required
  • Must possess strong motivational, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer and System literate.
  • Must be solution orientated.
  • Must be a self-starter and hold strong organizational skills.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or a similar role is highly desired
