Implementand execute our people strategy with HRBP, management and otherstakeholders (CoE,PPS).
Act as asparring partner for HRBPs and managers on local implications andsolutions for managers and/or employees in employee relationsprocedures.
Workclosely with the business to understand and address business issuesand supports local organizational capabilities development with HRinterventions
Manage /support local industrial / labor relationsactivities.
Drivestandardization in the execution of HR policies andprocesses.
Support andfacilitate the development of managers in people management andmanagerself-service.
Participatein HR-projects on a cluster / marketlevel.

Requirements
Tosucceed in this role, you should have the following skills andexperience
Have goodinsights into the operational business context and can supportorganization design / capabilitydevelopment
Have goodrelationship and communication skills with the demonstrated abilityto influence stakeholders on HRdecisions
Is able toapply change management knowledge to support change programs Isable to use personal insights into operational processes toinfluence the activities of theorganization
Supportmanagement team on important strategic HRtopics
Provideprofessional HR support on all operational HRissues
Can take ona facilitating role in the change program(s) and/or supporting rolein managing industrialrelations
Minimally aBachelor s degree in a related field (such as human resources orIndustrialPsychology)
Relevantworking experience in dealing with operational HR matters within abusinesscontext
Experiencein operational implementation of the HR strategy through day-todayexecution of HRactivities
Experiencein delivery of core HR services through end-to-endframework
Practice inmaking business decisions that align with organizationalgoals
Experiencein planning, coordinating, executing, and evaluatingprojects
