About the Role:
The IT Officer will be in charge of providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining the organization's IT systems and infrastructure. This position involves ensuring smooth operations for all IT equipment, networks, and software applications within the organization. Additionally, the IT Officer will assist in implementing new technologies, providing training, and supporting staff as required. The ideal candidate should have experience with Audits in Healthcare such as (ADHICS AMCC ADHICS AAMEN etc.), and managing policies, procedures, and compliance.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and WiFi access points.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and resolve them promptly.
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights following IT policies and procedures.
  • Assist in implementing and integrating new IT systems and technologies.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
  • Provide training and technical guidance to staff on IT-related matters.
  • Stay updated on the latest IT developments and recommend upgrades or enhancements to current systems.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an IT officer in the UAE for a minimum of 3-5 years.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking technologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, and other relevant software applications.
  • Familiarity with ADHICS, Audit policies, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of AMCC, AAMEN protocol, and submissions.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
