Head of Training - Call Center


Note:
This is a 6 working day job.

Overview:

Responsibilities:

Training Sales Process:

  • Develop and deliver effective training programs focused on sales techniques, customer engagement, and closing strategies.
  • Continuously assess and update the sales training curriculum to ensure it aligns with current market trends and company goals.

Training Manuals and Materials:

  • Create, maintain, and improve training manuals, guides, and other instructional materials.
  • Ensure all training materials are uptodate, relevant, and accessible to the team.

Mock Calls:

  • Organize and conduct mock calls to simulate reallife customer interactions.
  • Provide detailed feedback and coaching to help employees improve their call handling skills.

Soft Skill Training:

  • Develop and implement training programs focused on enhancing soft skills such as communication, empathy, problemsolving, and time management.
  • Ensure that all employees understand the importance of soft skills in delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a training leadership role, preferably within a call center environment.
  • Strong background in sales training and development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to design and implement effective training programs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using training software and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
