Overview:We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Training to lead our call center training initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our sales and customer service teams.

Responsibilities:

Training Sales Process:
  • Develop and deliver effective training programs focused on sales techniques, customer engagement, and closing strategies.
  • Continuously assess and update the sales training curriculum to ensure it aligns with current market trends and company goals.

Training Manuals and Materials:
  • Create, maintain, and improve training manuals, guides, and other instructional materials.
  • Ensure all training materials are up-to-date, relevant, and accessible to the team.

Mock Calls:
  • Organize and conduct mock calls to simulate real-life customer interactions.
  • Provide detailed feedback and coaching to help employees improve their call handling skills.

Soft Skill Training:
  • Develop and implement training programs focused on enhancing soft skills such as communication, empathy, problem-solving, and time management.
  • Ensure that all employees understand the importance of soft skills in delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a training leadership role, preferably within a call center environment.
  • Strong background in sales training and development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to design and implement effective training programs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using training software and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
