Office Manager/administrator

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager / Administrator to oversee the smooth operation of our office environment.
As an Office Manager / Administrator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office procedures, and supporting various departments within the organization.
Your organizational and communication skills will be vital in ensuring the overall efficiency and productivity of our workplace.Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Oversee office operations, and maintain supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing correspondence.
- Maintain and organize office documents, records, and files, implementing effective filing systems.
- Assist in budget planning, expense monitoring, invoice processing, and financial reconciliation.
- Support HR in recruitment, onboarding, and coordinating interviews, offer letters, and orientation.
- Liaise with vendors, negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and ensure timely payments.
- Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, conferences, managing logistics and arrangements.
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with teams, provide administrative support, assist with special projects and tasks.
Skills & Requirements:
- 45 Years of Proven experience as an Office Manager / Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and budget management.
- Knowledge of HR procedures and practices is a plus.
- A proactive and selfmotivated approach to work.
