About this role:

  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline operations.
  • Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Implement strategies and processes to ensure timely collection of funds.
  • Monitor and track accounts receivable to identify overdue payments.
  • Contact customers and initiate collection efforts to resolve outstanding debts.
  • Prepare reports on administrative activities and account receivables.
  • Provide management with relevant information and insights to support decisionmaking.
  • Provide support to the cofounders by assisting with various tasks, scheduling meetings, and managing their calendars.
  • Oversee and manage daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
