Administrative Operations Manager

About this role:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline operations.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Implement strategies and processes to ensure timely collection of funds.
- Monitor and track accounts receivable to identify overdue payments.
- Contact customers and initiate collection efforts to resolve outstanding debts.
- Prepare reports on administrative activities and account receivables.
- Provide management with relevant information and insights to support decisionmaking.
- Provide support to the cofounders by assisting with various tasks, scheduling meetings, and managing their calendars.
- Oversee and manage daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
