  • Responsible for the overall planning, management and successful completion of the projects under him to meet the requirements and objectives of the projects
  • His / her responsibilities broadly cover identifying and planning the resource requirements, projects conflicts resolution, Ensure proper project management tools and techniques in place and enforced on all projects, Periodic meeting with Company PMT, Repots to management as required, monitor and control projects related interfaces, changes, risk, deviations from requirements, services by company to contractors, lesson learned
  • Monitor and manage team member performance, Monitor and control overall performance of contractors and suggest resolutions and correction actions as required, attend meetings with contractor, perform trend analysis to ensure projects on track and advise correction actions as required, provide the input required in to deliverables, review letters and reports to ensure Company not exposed contractually, evaluate and advise Company representative on the required actions on claims submitted by Contractors, Ensure optimizations, Control and manger overall sites work

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of science or equivalent degree in Engineering from an accredited university
  • Minimum 15 years relevant experience in the oil / gas industry including five years of outstanding project management experience for handling group of logically interrelated major oil / gas projects
  • With Engineering Management background to lead project engineering activities including small scale projects
