In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our portfolio of holiday homes and maximizing our revenue. You will be responsible for acquiring new properties, forging strategic partnerships, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

New Business Acquisition:

  • Identify and target potential property owners and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new listings and expand our holiday home portfolio.
  • Conduct property evaluations and negotiations to secure new listings with favourable terms.

Partnership Development:

  • Identify and establish mutually beneficial partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, event organizers, and other relevant businesses.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure successful collaboration.
  • Foster strong relationships with key partners to drive referrals and repeat business.

Revenue Growth and Optimization:

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, occupancy rates, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop datadriven strategies to optimize pricing, marketing, and distribution channels to maximize revenue.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Guest Relationship Management:

  • Maintain open communication with property owners, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
  • Uphold high service standards for guests, resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent understanding of the holiday rental market and shortterm rental industry trends.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Proficient in property management software and relevant CRM tools (a plus).
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and exceptional customer service.
