Admin Receptionist

Experience in Real estate will be an advantage.
- Handle administrative support tasks.
- Experience in Making Tenancy Contract, Property Management Contract and MOU.
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Prepare monthly utility bills.
- Handling petty cash.
- Handle tenant requests and queries appropriately.
- Good in client service calls & handling all clients inquiries.
- Excellent English interpersonal and communication skills.
- Maintained detailed and accurate general office filing system.
- Performing other tasks as assigned by the management.
**Salary**: From AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Admin Receptionist: 2 years (preferred)
