  • Perform grooming services as needed, especially during peak times or when additional support is required.
  • Develop and implement creative grooming techniques to meet the specific needs and preferences of clients.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pets in the salon, including proper handling and use of grooming equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, including grooming stations, bathing areas, and reception area.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, striving to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor salon performance metrics, such as appointment bookings, revenue, and customer satisfaction, and implement strategies for improvement as needed.
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends, products, and techniques related to pet grooming and creative grooming.
  • Collaborate with management to develop marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in pet grooming, with a strong emphasis on creative grooming techniques.
  • Proven managerial or supervisory experience in a pet grooming salon or similar environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of various grooming tools, products, and techniques for different breeds and coat types.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners and address their concerns.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor grooming staff.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Certification in pet grooming or related field is preferred but not required.
  • Passion for working with animals and providing them with the best possible care and grooming experience.
