Steel doors to various industriesthen you are the one we are looking for? This is an excellent opportunity to drive a dynamic business with huge growth potential.

This role will have the responsibility to successfully initiate and develop business opportunities with new and existing customers. This role will develop and manage their individual portfolio and work in a collaborative team environment.

This role will also be responsible for prospecting, reaching out to referrals, and business to business selling to generate inside and outside transactional sales.

In order to be considered, you must be already based in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business potential, conceptualize and execute strategies to drive sales augment turnover and achieve targets.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities through network, research and mapping as per targeted plans.
  • Generate enquiries by doing cold calls.
  • Follow up with client on submitted offers, negotiate and close the order in line with company policies.
  • Identifying the right consumers and target them with business proposals.
  • Professional relationship management with the entities involved in projects i.e. PMCs, contractors, designers, etc.
  • Prepare and submit the sales reports to the respective manager.
  • Selling Industrial doors to warehouses, manufacturing units, temporary house builders, portacabin makers, transportation sector like Airports, Metro, etc.
  • Meet architects/consultants to specify product and maintain good relationship with them with frequent visits.
  • Take sign off from client on drawings and final offer made.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Build and promote strong, longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Travel to the assigned locations to introduce/maintain product/services supply to target consumers and existing clients.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Follow up for advances and balance payments from the Customers Focused towards increasing the sales of the company.

Required Skills:

  • A bachelor's degree or a diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Sales / Business Development Manager.
  • Minimum 3 years sales or business development experience in steel / metal door sales.
  • Experience in selling fabricated steel doors.
  • Preference would be given to those who has experience in selling fire rated doors like
    A60 Fire ratedor
    B15 Fire rated
  • Structured thinking and positive mindset.
  • Creative and responsible
  • Thorough knowledge of successful sales techniques
  • Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Internal/external sales skills and communication skills for coordination and ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Selfmotivated, resultsoriented, and ability to take initiatives.
  • Computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Must have UAE driving License.
