Our client is aseasonal holding company in Abu Dhabi which is seeking aTalent Acquisition Manager to join theirteam.
As aTalent Acquisition Manager you will beresponsible for developing managing and executing the full cyclerecruiting strategy to attract top talent that aligns with ourcompany s goals andculture.
KeyResponsibilities:
- RecruitmentStrategy: Design and implement effective recruiting strategies toattract screen and hire qualifiedcandidates.
- CandidateSourcing: Utilize various channels to source candidates includingjob boards social media networking and employeereferrals.
- Screening& Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings coordinate andparticipate in interviews and assess candidates skills and culturalfit.
- CandidateExperience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughoutthe recruitingprocess.
- EmployerBranding: Develop and promote the companys employer brand toattract highqualitycandidates.
- TalentPipelines: Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiringneeds.
- Data Management:Maintain accurate and uptodate records of candidate interactionsand recruitmentprocesses.
- Reporting:Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to seniormanagement.
- ProcessExcellence: Create a robust recruitment process end to end for bothcandidate and Linemanager.
Requirements
- Bachelor sdegree in human resources Business Administration or relatedfield.
- Experience:Minimum of 10 years of talent acquisition or recruitmentexperience.
- Strong understanding of recruitmentprocesses andstrategies.
- Excellentinterpersonal and communicationskills.
- Proficiency inApplicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitingtools.
- Ability tomanage multiple priorities and work in a fastpacedenvironment.
- Stronganalytical and problemsolvingabilities.
PreferredQualifications:
- Experience inindustry e.g. corporate international experience (preferred but notessential) healthcarefinance.
- Professional HRcertification (PHR SPHR SHRMCP orSHRMSCP).

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Master's degree preferred. Proven 3 to 5 years of experience indigital marketing, with a focus on planning, executing, andoptimizing campaigns across various online channels. Strongproficiency in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and contentmarketing. Experience in analyzing campaign performance metrics andmaking data-driven decisions. Knowledge of marketing automationsystems, GA4, MMPs, eCommerce, and mobile apps. Excellentanalytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication andinterpersonal skills. Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinking andproblem-solving abilities.
