Administrative Support:

  • Project Support: Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, providing research, coordination, and administrative assistance.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders, always representing the executive professionally.
  • Problem Solving: Anticipate and address issues proactively, identifying solutions and mitigating risks to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field preferred.

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and other office management software, facilitating seamless operations.
