Sales Supervisor Horeca – Geap Foods

The Sales Supervisor is responsible to drive sales growth, maintaining relationships with customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and to collect payments on time.

Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
Ensure the timely processing of orders in coordination with invoicing, logistics and store team.
Review inventory levels and coordinate with the team (purchase and store Management) to ensure product availability.
Analyze sales data on a daily, weekly &monthly basis to identify areas for improvement, develop actionable plans to achieve monthly targets.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on new products, market information, competitors etc.Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulationsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of the food industry, including new products, competitors their brands, running prices and market conditions.
Promote and enforce timely collection of DebtsQualifications & Skills:A minimum of 3-5 years experience in Horeca Sector A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or an MBA would be an added AdvantageStrongUnderstanding of the Horeca business.
A strong Analytical Skills and entrepreneurial mind set.Should have a target oriented Approach.
Should Be able to identify new business opportunities.
Seasoned in New Customer Acquisition.
Proven Track Record in Horeca business.
