The Sales Associate - HORECA will play a pivotal role in driving the sales and growth of Tissue Products within the B2B segment, with a focus on the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering industry.

The role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who can effectively engage with clients, build relationships, and meet sales targets.

This is a salary + commission-based position, offering an opportunity to earn significant rewards based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients within the HORECA sector. Actively seek out new business opportunities through market research, cold calls, and networking.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand their specific needs, preferences, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.

Sales Targets:
Set and achieve ambitious sales targets on a regular basis. Monitor and track progress towards goals, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.

Negotiation and Closing Deals:
Engage in negotiations with potential clients, addressing any concerns, objections, or questions they may have. Work towards successfully closing deals and securing contracts.

Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics. Utilize this information to identify opportunities for product improvement or market expansion.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing and customer service to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and exceptional customer satisfaction.


Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance.

Commissions:
Earn commissions based on achieved sales targets, providing an incentive for outstanding performance and exceeding expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the HORECA or related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and selfmotivation.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities.
  • Goaloriented mindset with a track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • Knowledge of Tissue Products or similar items is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, Arabic & Hindi, additional languages may be advantageous.
