KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparation of monthly cash flow statement
  • Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Produce errorfree accounting reports and present their results
  • Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
  • Assist with tax audits and tax returns
  • Gather supporting data for annual budgeting
  • Reconciliation of tax register
  • Prepare VAT summary related to VAT return
  • Provide accounting and clerical support to ensure that financial transactions are in compliance and with the VAT regulations
  • Prepare, validate and submit monthly and quarterly VAT returns
  • Conduct daytoday transactional processing and reporting on taxation.
  • Perform monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analyses

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelors in Commerce or Masters
  • 5 years of experience as Accountant (UAE experience of minimum 2 years)
  • Experience in FMCG sector/Farming sector is preferred
  • Experience within auditing and taxation is an advantage
  • Ability to interpret and analyse financial statements and periodicals
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience in Dynamics ERP
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog

Pay:
Up to AED6,000.00 per month
