  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform Sanity Testing, Functional Testing, Integration Testing, and Regression Testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Test Status and Progress: Update test status and progress at the end of each day to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Bug Reporting and Resolution: Create and report bugs to the development team, working closely with them to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Test Data and UAT: Prepare test data and conduct demos to UAT users, ensuring seamless testing experiences.
  • Beta Testing and Support: Conduct beta testing and provide support on live incidents, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal downtime.
  • Collaboration and Feedback: Coordinate with FTA Business teams to gather feedback on testing, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field, ISTQB certification.
  • Work Experience: 3+ years of relevant work experience, with knowledge of software testing using automation and manual testing methods.
