HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in UAE and KSA.
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct periodic audits to align HR practices with company policies and legal requirements.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and performance bonuses.
  • Oversee payroll and timesheets for all employees and freelancers.
  • Regularly review and benchmark compensation packages to stay competitive in the market.

Employee Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and files.
  • Manage and oversee the visa process through the AXS portal.

Employee Offboarding:

  • Facilitate the exit process for departing employees and freelancers.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 58 years of HR Management experience in the events industry.
  • Strong knowledge of local UAE & KSA labor laws and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • HR Certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) will be highly advantageous.
