Case Processing:

Process visas for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Continuously update knowledge of visa regulations and industry best practices.

Documentation and Data Management:

Manage client documentation files, ensuring records are up-to-date.

Communicate with relevant authorities regarding the status of pending documents.

Review and verify client documentation for completeness and accuracy.

Client Interaction:

Communicate with clients via phone and email to address inquiries and provide assistance.

Assist and coordinate with the sales team regarding updates on their clients.

Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.

Administrative Tasks:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Canvas for creating and managing documents.

Assist in basic financial and accounting tasks.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in a visa processing department.

Experience in managing files and documents.

Experience in client handling.

Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Canvas.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities.
