  • Initiate and manage internal systems to excute regional tactical plan (Ariba, CAF, GCMA, CVent, )
  • Align with RTALs the design of market intelligence and research tools to obtain relevant information for decision making
  • Along with the RTALs develop KPI tools containing relevant market indicators (Patient Potential, Share, treatment outcomes) to support planning processes and decision making
  • Track and monitor regional A&P spent and allocation versus budget on monthly bases.
  • Align timelines between the different Global Planning processes (Brand Plans, LRF, OP) to meet global established deadines.
  • Coordinate and communicate key deliverables from regional and Country teams to meet target dates in planning processes (metrics obtained from LRF, Patient Models and OP)
  • Consolidate, administer and ease access to key data and information for smarter and faster decision making
  • Deliver quality and timely information for planning processes to Regional Marketing and Country Teams
  • Ensure adherence to compliance procdures and policies with continouce monitoring of active projects.
  • Execute internal administration to support RTALs
