  • Lead and manage participation in trade and consumer-related events, including coordinating logistics and ensuring successful event execution.
  • Manage hospitality functions, including leading and coordinating events, meetings, and appointments.
  • Manage the company's database for clients and suppliers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for statistical, sales, and marketing purposes.
  • Lead enhancements and changes to the company's website, as directed by the Marketing and Communications Manager.
  • Undertake trips in support of the company's sales and marketing strategies, as required.
  • Maintain records of departmental expenditure and process purchase orders with approval from the DOSM and Marketing and Communications Manager.
  • Handle emails and action urgent queries in the absence of the Manager/Director Marketing and Communications.
  • Assist in copywriting and proofing of marketing and sales materials.
  • Support the sales and marketing team with specific tasks and projects, as required.
  • Attend meetings and tradeshows, as necessary.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Participate in and record media engagements and build the internal media database.
  • Manage sales brochure features, following approval from the DOSM.
  • Ensure all sales and marketing-related presentations adhere to brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Manager and PR and advertising agencies to ensure conformity to company budgets and standards when implementing promotional, sales, marketing, and communications strategies.
  • Plan and undertake familiarization trips with pre-selected media and trade, in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications Manager.
  • Take minutes for internal meetings and distribute, as necessary.
