We have an exciting opportunity in our online team for an experienced e-Key Account Manager specializing in Pure Players. As the crucial link between platforms and brands, this role involves managing a dedicated group of accounts.

About You
  • 5 years of relevant experience in ecommerce, commercial, or account management
  • Strong negotiation and commercial skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify and address issues promptly
  • Effective prioritization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Creative and innovative thinking
  • Great team player with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Highly organized and proactive
  • Knowledgeable about the Middle East pure player space
About The Role (Key Responsibilities)
  • Craft and execute e-commerce strategy to achieve targeted Retail, Net, and Profitability goals through designated ME Pureplayers
  • Strategically drive partnerships with platforms for commercial success
  • Plan and implement online marketing/trade calendar for brand launches, promotions, and events to meet sales targets
Negotiation/Commercial
  • Contribute to online sell-out budget planning and monthly revisions while meeting targets
  • Manage and control P&L, including Opex and Retail to net, in collaboration with brand and finance teams
  • Lead negotiations with Pureplayers to secure priority in special events
  • Allocate budgets per campaign and negotiate strong campaign exposure for optimal ROI
  • Ensure adherence to annual agreements and actively participate in contract renewals
Analysis and Insights Generation
  • Collate data sources to evaluate performance against targets
  • Analyze sales by brand/SKU/market/category to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage Criteo investments and optimize performance
  • Report opportunities to key stakeholders and create action plans for business growth
  • Explore user behavior on Pureplayer sites, share best practices, and market insights
Relationship Building
  • Internally influence ELC ME stakeholders to prioritize given accounts
  • Build strong relationships with buying and marketing teams at player level and distributors
  • Leverage relevant teams to overcome challenges
Inventory Management
  • Support forecasting, demand planning, and online customer service
  • Manage inventory, online exclusives, prelaunch products
  • Negotiate optimum sell-in to reach targets
  • Create marketing plans with retailers and pure players
Insights, Innovation & Strategy
  • Manage and launch innovations on Pureplayers
  • Conduct A/B testing to scale best practices
  • Collaborate to develop beauty and/or prestige categories
Operations
  • Drive online brand performance through retailers and distributors
  • Redefine processes and implement best practices
  • Support media teams with online marketing calendar execution
  • Oversee content creation and campaign launches
Organization
  • Work closely with internal and external partners
  • Perform duties to enhance overall Online performance at ELC ME
Qualifications
  • 5 years of relevant experience in ecommerce, commercial, or account management
