Job description

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets successfully by coordinating with the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence in the market
  • Build and promote strong, longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Collaborating with management and sales team to create the annual revenue goal and implement the business development plan.
  • Managing the prospective client pipeline and collaborating with local client teams to facilitate the sales process for all referral channels.
  • Understanding ERP & CPM models and effectively designing sales strategies according to market understanding
  • Facilitating communication with prospective clients both verbally and in writing.
  • Representing the firm positively and professionally in the community and at industry events
  • Developing and implementing strategies and tactics with the sales team for generating leads from different channels.
  • Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with clients and prospects
  • Periodically conducting research and competitive analysis to stay apprised of current market changes and competitive trends
  • Identifying possible opportunities across all business sectors across the world
  • Identifying highly potential business opportunities and pitching SAM products and solutions accordingly.
  • Leading multidisciplinary teams in developing complex solutions for specific client opportunities and in developing client deliverables such as a request for information (RFI) request for proposal response (RFP), statements of work (SOWs), and client proposals/ presentations.
  • Weekly reporting on all sales activities like leads, sales, collection
  • Passionate in sales profession
  • Experience selling any large BSFI, ALM, treasury management, credit and market risk management solutions
  • Experience with any large software vendor selling to BFSI
  • Experience selling ERP, Risk and CPM products
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, and salesclosing skills
  • Goaloriented, and dynamic to achieve the sales target and closing business deals.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and Clevel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
