Position Overview:

As the Quality, Compliance, and Training Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the transportation division, focusing on driving teams and their compliance with legal and safety standards.

This position requires a UAE national who has extensive experience in quality control, compliance, and training within the transportation sector.

Your goal will be to ensure all operational practices not only meet but exceed regulatory standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance strategies that align with industry standards and company objectives.

Compliance Management: Monitor and ensure compliance with UAE transportation laws and regulations. Address any compliance issues and make necessary adjustments to operational practices.

Training Development: Design and administer comprehensive training programs for new and existing driving staff to enhance their skills and ensure high standards of customer service and safety.

Team Leadership: Lead and manage the driving team, fostering a culture of excellence, ethical practice, and continuous improvement.

Customer Communication: Enhance customer communication protocols, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and responsiveness across all customer interactions.

Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess the performance of the transportation operations, implementing improvements based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, Quality Management, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in quality control and compliance within the transportation sector, ideally with a focus on vehicle fleet management.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing effective training programs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical skills with a strong focus on details and problemsolving capabilities.
  • Certifications in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001), Compliance (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional
  • CCEP), and Driver's training and safety certification are highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is beneficial.
